The Ilkeston based agency founded by Tina Clough (30), met with Ali Baylav, managing director of Cavendish Lettings last month, and after receiving proposals from a few other local providers, the firm decided to sign on the dotted line with the agency, which has recently signed a lease for brand new premises on Bath Street in Ilkeston.
Director Tina Clough, said: “I am over the moon to be working with Ali and the Cavendish Lettings team. I met Ali a few years back and was inspired by his hard work and innovative ideas, something that Cavendish Lettings prides itself on. At the time, Cavendish had a fantastic marketing lady in place, and we never dreamed that we would be working with them on a full time basis in the future. This latest signing is a great boost for our team and we can’t wait to start work.”
Poppy-PR drafted a one off press release for the team a few years ago, after the agent won The Sunday Times Award and it allowed them to see the quality of work available.
Ali Baylav, director at Cavendish Lettings said: “For us, the most important thing is to be able to work with people that understand our vision and personality. If we can’t be around a PR agent and be ourselves, then how can we ever reflect who we truly are? It is because of this that we have chosen to work with Tina and her team.”
Poppy-PR, which has in the past worked alongside the likes of Belvoir, PWR Lettings, Batchelor Pads Lettings, and Buttercross Estates, has also recently joined forces with local web design firm, Hex Productions and will now be able to offer full web design services on request.
